I Hate My Allergies

I awoke congested.

It had been a beautiful, breezy evening the night before, but the cool, gentle breeze had turned into a raging wind that blew cotton from the trees into my room. Cotton had settled on the clothes I had laid out the night before, and it had piled up in the corner next to my bed. No wonder I couldn't breathe! My room was infested with allergens.



I despise Benadryl and other allergy medicines, and I've been trying to find a solution to my congestion problem. I believe I have FINALLY found a winner! ...

These are all hot topics and big words. The pollution in our atmosphere has become a serious problem. I look out of my bedroom window, and I see the smog that settles over the city of Denver, CO and I know that it's not a joke. Pollution exists -- and it drives my nose crazy.

I've always felt unlucky because of my extremely sensitive sinuses. Allergies have been a problem from day one, and as I grew older, pollution began to irritate me as well. Anyone who's ever lived in Colorado knows that the air here is dry.

Stay outside long enough on a hot summer day, and you can feel your nose becoming drier by the second. This year we've been lucky -- we've gotten some extra moisture, but my nose still gets dry!
